Treadwell Bay Marina and Resort season is May 1 to October 1. The ship store and gas dock are both open seven days a week in summer. Mon-Sat 8am - 8pm. Sun 9am to 8pm.
By car, Treadwell Bay Marina and Resort is located on Rt. 9, two miles north of Plattsburgh. By water, the marina is located just south of Deep Bay and Point Au Roche State Park and north of Cumberland Head. GPS coordinates: Latitude 44 degrees 44 minutes, Longitude 73 degrees 24 minutes.
Treadwell Bay Marina and Resort has 330 total slips and can accommodate boats up to 55 feet. Transients are always welcome and can dock for free to dine at the restaurant. We monitor channels 09, 16, 68 and can be called at 518-563-1321.
Treadwell Bay Marina and resort is very safe. A security gate is in place, numerous security cameras and the bathrooms have a code lock. We ask that guests park in a separate lot, a short distance from the docks.
We have recently built a new service building, This is large enough to drive our 50 ton Travelift inside for repairs and winterizing.

Using a Firetide infrastructure mesh network, deployed by IP network solution provider Wells Communications, the family operation now owns a cost-effective and easy-to-use, yet industrial-grade, wireless infrastructure for more efficient business operations, public Wi-Fi, and video surveillance over a single network.
Early sign on for the 2010 season will take place from September 1, 2009 until October 1'st. The rates are $75.00 per foot for regular slips and $90.00 per foot for premium slips. The early sign up rate will be $70.00 per foot for regular and $85.00 per foot for premium. For early sign on you must give a 20% deposit with promise of payment in full by May 15th, 2010 or when your boat arrives at the marina, whichever is first.
